Purpose
To provide help to others who need assistance with their
day to day lives.
As a need arises we will match a provider to the person
requesting help while maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.

If you would like to volunteer as a
member of our team, please email Roger, or print and complete this Needs Network Form
and drop it off at the Welcome Center in the C@C Ministry Center.
